Ein besonders schöner Ort für Menschen, die das Stadtleben lieben und zugleich Wert auf hochwertige Infrastruktur und echte Qualität legen. Die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit erreichbar, man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben. Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar, auch unsere Familienmitglieder und Freunde haben die Woche sehr genossen. Dieses luxuriöse Appartement,eigentlich eine großzügige, komplette Wohnung, hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Lage im Herzen von Linz, nahe dem Schloss und dem Landestheater. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

I had read the instruction correctly I would not have had any issues with getting in for the first time. Maybe note that the unit is on the first floor.

The local industrial bins were right outside of the bedroom windows, so the sound of rubbish movement and smashing glass was constant.

Great location in the Altstadt. Beautiful large apartment with large, nicely enclosed and covered balcony. 2 separate bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and large living room area. 1st floor, elevator.

A bit noisy because of people walking by during the night.

The apartments are very clean, there are many pleasant surprises from the owners, everything you need for your stay is there. The terrace is a special pleasure. The accommodation is located in the very center of Linz.

The property has a perfect location in downtown Linz close to restaurants etc. It is spacious (large living room and two bed rooms) and has a very nice and big terrace. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive.

Loved this place! Lovely, clean, and spacious. The balcony was nice but it rained most of the time, so we couldn't use it. Kitchen was well stocked with items to cook, and the coffee machine was much appreciated. Great location near the old city and so many sights, I would stay again. We loved Linz and this apartment was a perfect spot.

Maybe the rubbish trucks just outside the windows. They come very early and need to back into position, so very noisy. Can also hear and see people walking down the street, into the wee hours of the night. Sound proofing would be nice (closing the windows was a must, but still very noisy).

Perfect location, warm, familiar, cosy, big. The two owners ensured everything was there, if needed. Thank you!
