"Leer ist eine tolle Stadt mit einer wunderschönen Landschaft drumherum. Wir haben die Zeit genossen."

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist hervorragend und der Weg zum kostenfreien Parkplatz nicht zu weit.

Die Dusche war nicht nutzbar durch Schimmelbefall sowie das Fenster im Bad. Die Info habe ich direkt an die Eigentümerin weitergeleitet. Im Hausflur unten ist ein offener Waschraum wo der Abfluss offen und nicht mit einem Geruchsverschluss versehen ist. So ist der Geruch der Kanalisation der Altstadt im gesamten Haus unangenehm verteilt.

"Gute Unterkunft, vor allem wegen der zentralen Lage."

Die Wohnung ist großzügig, schön gestaltet mit einer möblierten Terrasse vor dem Wohnraum. Man ist direkt in der Altstadt mit Cafés und Restaurants. Es ist ruhig und angenehm.

In den meisten Wohnungen, in denen ich wohnte, waren noch Dinge wie Filtertüten, Salz, evtl. Kaffee von den Vormietern im Schrank, das fehlte hier leider, so dass man sich alles selber kaufen müsste. Es ist natürlich nicht zu erwarten, dass man so etwas vorfindet, aber es ist doch immer eine angenehme Überraschung, wenn man sich sofort einen Kaffee kochen kann. Bei drei Tagen Aufenthalt bin ich dann lieber zum Frühstück in die Stadt gegangen.

Die Lage war top. Und in den Betten hat man sehr gut geschlafen.

Das Bad könnte etwas Liebe gebrauchen.

Das Treppenhaus ist nicht sehr einladend.Die Wohnung ist im dritten Stock mit Koffern anstrengend
