We loved the homey feel of our cabin. We appreciated the attentiveness of the staff and their ready answers to our questions. They are so cheerful and accommodating. They helped us considerably when we had made a mistake with our booking. They were resourceful in their solution and very considerate of us in spite of our mistake.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Everything was amazing, the cabin, location and the owners of the cabin. We had the best holiday ever.

Very cozy cabin in a perfect location. Very comfortable beds. Heated cabinet was very handy for wet ski clothes and even used it to dry our washing over night. Lovely little seating area at the back of the cabin with plenty of space for the children to play outside. Sauna was amazing!

Some of the appliances are a little outdated but we had everything we needed there. Dishwasher refused to work but we spent most of the time out so had minimal washing up to do.

The location is good for Levi town and right near S Market. Took me about 3 minutes to walk to S market. 5-10 minutes into Levi town. The accommodation itself is well presented, though a little dated (kitchen and bathroom), it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice location and pleasing on the eyes. Kids enjoyed playing outside in the snow, and they are safe from any cars, etc.

The front bedroom didn't have a radiator. I understand there's underfloor heating. However, all other bedrooms had a radiator. The room never warmed up, and the window was frozen from the inside. We used this as storage for our suitcases. The shower had drainage problems during our stay. Beds (all single beds) aren't the most comfy and could do with larger pillows. They are about half the size of a standard pillow.

We had a fantastic stay, 2 families of 4. The lodge had all the facilities we needed and was perfectly located for Levi. We particularly appreciated the boot drier in the entrance.

We hadn't realised that the lodge was part of a terrace from the photos (which actually wasn't a problem). Also would be nice if the beds were made, although I believe this is available for a supplement.

Wonderful log chalet was easy to find and well equipped with everything you would need to cook and eat. A good sauna in the bathroom and comfortable beds with adjustable heating in each room. My son loved being up on the mezzanine level with his own bathroom. 3 further bedrooms. We had a hire car which we could park outside the cabin but the local shops and restaurants are within walking distance should you not have a car.

It wasn't something i didn't like rather that it wasn't clearly explained that these chalets/apartments are attached (3 together) and in a group of about 6 of these blocks together.

Property was fantastic. Excellent location. Close to all amenities.
