I had trouble getting the invoice, so I had to look for contact information outside of Booking, since the messages there seemed to be nothing but automated replies. Other than that, communication was very quick. The place itself is great.

La situación, aunque lejos de todo, está en una zona tranquila frente a uno de los pocos jardines de Malta.

Se nos entregó con una limpieza muy deficiente. Los suelos del baño muy sucios, la cortina de la ducha para tirarla y con una suciedad insalubre. La tostadora del pan no funcionaba. La sábana del edredón de la cama de matrimonio con algunas manchas (está para cambiarla), el sofá sucio con muchas manchas. La puerta de la terraza de la habitación casi imposible de poder abrir y cerrar. El aislamiento exterior inexistente. Daba la sensación, con las ventanas cerradas, que todo estaba abierto. En fin, aunque el apartamento tiene una buena base y bien equipado es antiguo, sucio y con una necesidad de actualización urgente. Pedimos cambiar la cortina del baño y la tostadora del pan, nos aseguraron venir al día siguiente pero, al final, nadie hizo nada ni se preocuparon por preguntar. No volveremos.

Clean, modern apartment, with beautiful view and comfortable beds. Excellent location, close to San Anton Gardens. Convenient supermarket close by.

We recently stayed at this beautiful and comfortable apartment. It was a quite area and close to everywhere. We rented a car also so it was very easy navigating around the island. The management were very communative. Thank you for the complimentary coffee & wine 😉 looking forward to coming to Malta & staying here again.

Stunning view from the terrace, great host. Also extremely easy to find parking just in front of the block which is really not granted in Malta.

I stayed here during a business trip and had a very pleasant experience. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The location is great for business travelers — there are many business centers nearby. Overall, a great place to stay. Thank you!

The only downside was the toilet flush, which was quite loud and sometimes made it hard to sleep. Hopefully this can be fixed soon.

It was very spacious and confortable. We had a big terrace with a wonderful view. The neighbourhood is safe and clean.
