Vi fick ingen info om hur vi skulle checka in innan incheckningstiden. När vi var framme inom incheckningstidsramen ringde vi till hyresvärden om incheckningen men vi fick ingen respons. Det dröjde 1 timme innan de ringde tillbaka och då berättade de att de inte städat boendet! Vi fick vänta ytterligare en timme innan vi kunde komma in till boendet. Det är inte alls kul att man känner sig osäkert om man får bo i boendet som man bokat, speciellt man har två småbarn med sig.

The room was adequate for our needs. The Wifi was good and the bed comfortable.

Though the room was fully functional, it, and the housing block that it resides in is a little rough around the edges and in need of some TLC. The pathway leading up to the house is broken and a trip hazard. There was no battery in the clock and a few cobwebs up in the lights. And, unfortunately, we were at the top of three flights of stairs which made carrying two large suitcases very difficult
