"Horrible attitude and communication"

1) Had to send many messages to get information about lockbox. They sent the lockbox info at 6PM of the check-in date, and that was after we sent multiple messages, basically begging them to send the info. 2) The information about parking was simply wrong 3) The kitchen had pans/pots that do not work with induction stove, we couldn't make breakfast at all. The bed is not very comfortable. 4) We sent sms (no response), tried calling the contact info, and after a while we only got someone who didn't speak english and couldn't help us. Thankfully after a long battle we sorted the things out, but the experience was simply horrible.

La casa molto accogliente struttura nuova ben fatta. Non manca niente ha tutto, si fa il check-in con la mail molto facile Consigliato a tutti vuoi amici ....

Un consiglio per i host che gestisce di dare un puo di attenzione alla pulizia e il prezzo molto alto per essere al Lodi il resto va bene

Appartamento accogliente e pulito. Vicino al centro del paese.

L'unica cosa è che avevo prenotato a Lodi ma per un guasto alla caldaia hanno dovuto chiedermi di spostarmi in un'altro appartamento a 15minuti da Lodi. Poi un cuscino dei 4 era duro come una pietra.
