Struttura molto vecchia, con vetri troppo sottili (sembrava di essere in strada). Abbiamo scelto questa struttura anche perché era presente la lavatrice, ma non c’erano i detersivi, alla nostra richiesta di procurarceli ci è stato detto di comprarli per conto nostro. Ma non posso comprare detersivo e ammorbidente per una sola lavatrice! Menomale che sotto c’era una lavanderia. Non abbiamo usato la cucina, ma se avessimo voluto non lo avremmo fatto di sicuro: stoviglie e pentole sporche e incrostate. Infine, casa molto fredda!

Definitivamente te sientes como en casa, La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo lo necesario: tiendas, transporte público, zonas tranquilas y si tienes niños está súper cerca al parque con juegos para que se puedan divertir...Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡100% recomendado!"

Le point fort de cet appartement est sans aucun doute son emplacement : à quelques minutes à pied du parc Kennedy, en plein cœur de Miraflores. Équipements au top (cuisine et salle de bain), wifi au top, propriétaire très a l’écoute et réactif. Niveau sécurité, il y a un gardien à l’entrée de l’immeuble donc c’est top aussi.

Le bruit : la chambre donne directement sur l’avenue Alfredo Benavides (petit rideau de séparation), très animée quelque soit l’heure.

The couple who own the apartment were very nice and the location was good. TV with Netflix.

Overall the apartment felt very grubby and would massively benefit from a deep clean. The pots, pans and kitchen utensils were all very old and badly need replaced and the walls are dirty too especially in the kitchen and need to be repainted. The window in the bedroom was so thin it blocked no noise from the street which was busy at all times of the day and night. Very disappointed in this accommodation.

The apartment is super comfortable for our family of three. Sofia and her husband were very attentive and flexible with the schedule. The place is very well located if you like the Miraflores area and walk to see the sea.

Excellent location to a lot of places! Very close to the grocery stores and restaurants! The price for the apartment was great!
