Chic & Ocean View Apartment

Excellently put together flat on the 19th floor overlooking Barranco, the ocean, and on to Miraflores. Parks, bakeries, restaurants within seconds of the front door, and the beach is in walking distance. Good luck beating this one.

We loved the location. It is close to everything in Barranco and Miraflores. Katherine was very responsive and let us check-in early. The apartment is very nice and the view is fabulous. The bed was very confortable. The staff for the building were very nice and helpful.

It was complicated to access the pool and the hot tub didn't work. We were looking for a place to relax and spend the holidays so the rooftop pool and hot tub were a feature in picking this place. Once there, we learned that we had to reserve the pool (via a website) and that we were only allowed 1 hour at a time and 4 times in a week. Also the hot tub did not function. The couch was unconfortable. If we would have been there for only a few days, it wouldn't have been a problem but we were there for 10 days so it became a nuisance. There is a lot of noise. Many appartments in the building are rented temporarily so people don't really care. One night a dog barked all evening and part of the night. Fortunately that client just stayed one night!
