The host, a very amiable gentleman, was at hand to open the property. It's a secure and spacious apartment at a very good location; it is strategically located in the Miraflores Borough of Lima. It is very clean with comfy beds and clean baths with a good supply of towels. The rooms are well lit. Plenty of hot water. The kitchen is well equipped, including a gas stove and a fridge. The WiFi is strong and steady.

It is not really an air-conditioned property as there is no central air. The rooms have oscillating fans and the living room has a standing dehumidifier but not quite an airconditioning / room-cooling unit.

Miraflores is safety

The app says that it includes a washing machine and the tenant tells me that I have to pay for it separately, it was not specified in the app. No batteries, no remote controls, just a garbage bag, not to mention the flies and cockroaches, the water in the bathroom could not be controlled and only came out hot.

The location was great! Walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds

I didn't like the sink water being so hot and it was a bit difficult stepping in to the hallway tub. There should be a step so you don't have to step in so far
