La ubicación, cerca de una puerta de la muralla. El apartamento, es amplio y bien distribuido. Buenas limpieza y mucho menaje para cocinar. Desayuno variado.

Es un tercero sin ascensor. Los colchones un poco blandos. Un sillón del salón incómodo.
