Sand Martin

Location - spot on, right in the centre near the beach, harbour and town; Property is very compact and small but had everything you need and was well laid out; Looe itself is a beautiful little town, lovely walks, harbour, beach and surrounding area; Coast path walk to Polperro (another beautiful little village) and ice creams at Talland Bay well worth doing, very enjoyable; we got a boat ride back to Looe which was also very worthwhile.

Sofa was somewhat uncomfortable; annoying WiFi drop outs kept interrupted viewing on more than one occasion when trying to watch a programme or film; view from property - understandably, due to the nature of the buildings in Looe, the view was limited to the walls of the neighbouring houses but the state of these walls and the amount of seagull crap all over them was not enticing.

Right in the heart of the town and beach , then turn down an alleyway and everyone disappears.

Found the bed a fraction short. But understandably that rooms in this location will be small.

The apartment was cosy, comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything we could need for our stay. The location is great, even in mid January!

Nothing!

Property was small but had everything you needed. The layout was great, plenty of room for two. Shower easy to use, hot water on tap! Location to beach and amenities excellent.

The apartment was perfect. Found the sofa a little uncomfortable but that was only because I have an issue with my back but that is probably more a me problem. The back streets on the approach to the property are a little tiresome and some unkept but again this does not deflect away from the fact the apartment is a nice little bolt hole for two in Looe.

Close to the beach, cosy, well equipped.

Parking a distance away, although I understand this due to the proximity to the town and beach.
