Good location, clean, warm and comfortable. Small but well equipped kitchen.

Parking is a bit of an issue but not too big a problem if you don’t mind a pleasant 10-minute walk to the car park.

The location was superb.The sand martin was just the right size for a couple.Loved the charm of the place which was all spick and span.

Sofa was a tad uncomfortable. The snoring of the neighbors.

Excellent location in the center of East Looe and very close to the beach front and harbour. We loved it! Paul is a great host and kept in contact to make sure we were happy. The apartment catered for all our needs, was comfortable and spotlessly clean; we also had 2 mini bottles of wine waiting for us when we got there which was a lovely touch :D

Its a shame the views out of the windows are not great but that is to be expected from a fishing village with old narrow streets but being central to everything including being so close to the beach completely made up for that!

how close to the beach it was absolutely brilliant place felt like home for the week will definitely stay again

it felt like home and being able to just relax when you wanted and not being bothered and come and go as you please and being so close to the beach
