FEWO am Neuen Dom

Die Besitzer sind sehr verlässlich, antworten super schnell, sind sehr flexibel (insofern das Apartment am Anreisetag schon frei ist) und haben uns eine tolle Unterkunft mit viel Infomaterial zu Linz geboten. Das gesamte Apartment ist hochwertig gestaltet, es wurde eine großzügige Anzahl an Getränken und ein Snack gestellt. Es fehlte es insgesamt an nichts, da hier auch an die kleinen Details gedacht wird.

Alles perfekt. Alles da, was man braucht. Sehr komfortabel und schön. Es gibt gar nicht zu bemängeln. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Zusätzlich sehr gastfreundlich - mit Gekühlten Getränken, gutem Kaffee und vielen hilfreichen Tipps.

Very well located - the apartment was right next to the Mariendom and within walkable distance of all the major attractions, but still in a quiet enough area. Public transport bus and tram stops were only a few minutes walk away. Very well equipped - the apartment had a microwave, induction hob, coffee machine (and a milk frother), as well as plenty of crockery and pans for cooking. A large number of different coffee pods and tea bags were included, as well as bottles of wine and beer. There were several spare towels and a wide range of high-quality toiletries in the bathroom, as well as an iron, an airer and various other helpful utilities for travellers. The apartment also had shutters on all the windows to help keep out the sun. Friendly reception - our host Doris was very welcoming and showed us around the apartment in detail, as well as providing a drawer with tourist information leaflets for the city. She was very helpful when we needed some extra washing up liquid, and even let us know about some (unfortunately necessary) construction work beginning outside without us even asking.

Small kitchen - there wasn't enough kitchen surface to cook anything very complex, but perfectly good for us.

L’appartement est très bien décoré, décoré avec classe et goût. Doris est une hôte très prévenante qui nous a chaleureusement accueilli. Nous avions des boissons fraîches dans le frigo et même le petit déjeuner ! L’appartement est très bien équipé.

The facilities in the apartment are at luxury-hotel level. We had everything at your disposal, including a small, but tasty breakfast, which was not charged for. Although we did not make use of it, the apartment also has a "minibar" which, in fact, is an entire tastefully decorated small room, fully equipped with a large variety of drinks and wine, including a full-sized wine-cabinet! The hosts were extremely friendly, they welcomed us in front of the building and guided us to the garage.

Absolutely perfect stay! The location couldn’t be better — right next to the cathedral, which made it feel very safe even late at night. The house was spotless and well-maintained, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Just a note — there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs.

The landlords were very generous with the complimantary food and drinks. The apartment itself was very modern and cool.
