SCHICK und LUFTIG im Herzen von Linz

Localização perfeita. O apartamento é lindo, bem equipado e moderno. O pessoal é gentil e prestativo. Altamente recomendado.

Oftentimes one will see apartments like this one advertised, that don't actually end up meeting the expectations. This was NOT the case with SCHICK und LUFTIG. The eye to detail is incredible, you can really tell that the operators put in the effort and truly want to offer a great place that feels like home. It comes equipped with pretty much everything that you need and it is absolutely SPOTLESS. Very nice interior design and furnishing adds to the homely feeling and the numerous balconies are an incredible addition. Should we ever be back in Linz in a similar constellation , this will 100 % be booked again.

The description of the listing could be a bit clearer. We booked for two people on a work trip and assumed we would get two separate rooms. In the automated onboarding message, there was talk of rooms being "activated according to the amount of guests", which gave the impression that we may just receive one room after all (as it would fit 2 people in a double bed). Just to be sure, we extended the booking to 3 people (although we were only 2) to ensure we would get 2 rooms. In the end all was fine, the operators were responsive and friendly on the phone, and all rooms were unlocked but simply from a communication standpoint, this could be slightly more elegant.

tolle einrichtung. Die schubladen in der Küche waren jedoch etwas unfunktionell zum aufmachen.

Architektonische ein absolutes Highlight durch die hohen Decken, riesigen Glasfronten und durchdesignete Räume. Alles war sehr sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Induktionsherd. Toll war die Empore in der oberen Etage, die wir gerne zum Lesen und zum Yoga genutzt haben. Wir waren im 4. OG mit Ausblick auf den Pöstlingberg, der Aufzug war sehr hilfreich ☺️ 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Lidl sowie in die Altstadt. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig, hell und frisch. Bei kleinen Problemen oder Fragen waren die Vermieter immer erreichbar und konnten schnell helfen.

Wir hätten uns einfach noch eine Filterkaffeemaschine gewünscht und das Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer hat geknarzt, die Matratze war relativ hart. Manche schicke Features wie Tip-on Schubladen oder sehr schwere Türen waren im Alltag wenig funktional.

gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, einfacher Check-In und Check-Out - alle Informationen wurden vorab mitgeteilt. sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, tolle Lage. Alles so, wie beschrieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Wohnung in einer tollen Lage. Die Zimmeraufteilung war perfekt für unsere Familie zusammen mit den Grosseltern.
