Die Wohnung ist sehr gut vom Bahnhof zu Fuß zu erreichen und in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Ein Shelter befindet sich in der Tiefgarage im Haus. Die Ausstattung hat mehr als man für einen Aufenthalt braucht (Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer etc.). Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Die Oper und der Markt sind in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
