Номер был не до конца готов к заселению, когда мы приехали. В квартире не было чистоты, кроме помытого пола (пыльные телевизор, тумба, в ванной паук, чей-то волос на полу, паутина на потолке, шторы…, на ковре чьи-то ногти). Ручка в туалете вот-вот сломается, полотенцесушитель странно работает. Объект находится возле дороги-осень слышно когда ездит транспорт, особенно трамваи, дом ходуном ходит.

A nice place better value than the price at a very convenient location minutes from the business and tourist center.

Kitchen facilities can be improved.

The host is very welcoming and reliable. We discussed all our expectations via the phone upfront and all happened exactly as we expected. The room is large enough for 2-3 peole, it has necessary kitchen equipment and appliances, bed-sheets, duvets, pillots and 2 types of towels: smalla and big. Wi-Fi is strong and fast: we had simultaneous Zoom calls without interruptions with my colleague. Value for money is absolutely amazing for the apartment: it's 30% cheaper than hostels and offers you a separate accomodation and bathroom in an accessbile location and good transport connection. Absolutely cool.

Some people might consider the restroom as too small. When humidity is high outdoors, the room feels slightly damp. It's an old and old-fashoned flat, It was clean and aesthetic enough for me, but I know people who will find it unpleasant.
