Один кондиціонер дуже не зручно.У двох верхніх кімнатах дуже жарко. Спати нереально

Чудове місце розташування, приємна власниця, хоча спілкувались лише телефоном.

Не можу сказати, що прям не сподобалось, скоріше це просто моменти, які треба врахувати іншим при заселенні. Квартира знаходиться на 5 поверсі, я до таких моментів ставлюсь спокійно, бо сама живу високо, але людям з дітьми або похилого віку буде важливо це знати.

Дуже сподобалося місце розташування, велика квартира, тихо і спокійно. Для великої сім'ї чи великої компанії це супер варіант.

Сходи це звичайно вайб місця, але треба мати фіз підготовку, щоб ними підійматися 🤣 але мені було ок

Гарна квартира, відповідає співвідношенню ціна/якість, в самому центрі міста. На велику компанію - те, що треба. Заселення і виселення безконтактне, власниця дуже приємна в спілкуванні🥰

Єдиний невеличкий мінус - дуже круті сходи з 4 до 5 поверху, але і старовинний будинок і ціна це виправдовують
