Good communication with the property, instructions on key collection/ drop off and access were easy to follow. Spacious, open, clean spaces. Interesting stylish design. Lift was an advantage. Great location.

A bit of noise from the courtyard at times, can smell when someone smoking and window is open. Step to the bedroom is a tripping hazard.

Die sehr moderne, stylische Einrichtung der Wohnung, der große Balkon, die Nähe zur Innenstadt (fußläufig 5 Minuten), die Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz zu mieten, das unkomplizierte Ein- und Auschecken.

Spacious flat with all the necessities and a lovely balcony looking into the inner courtyard. There was a kettle, coffee maker and fridge, which is all someone needs for a short work visit. Location was close to the city centre and to the Tabakfabric, where I had my meetings. Very quiet neighbourhood, safe building and flat.
