Місцерозташування (але те, що квартира на 4 поверсі то мінус)

Запах каналізації , квартира брудна , павутина висить на стінах... Список можна продовжувати.

"В літку не роздумуючи заселялась би."

Сподобалось все :чистота, розташування, є все необхідне в квартирі(навіть фен і праска) тепло і не чути шум з вулиці.

Але котел працює так гучно що будить вночі і заснути вже важко потім. Бо чи то його не обслуговують чи то вода так голосно стравлює(( Нажаль це спричиняє дискомфорт. Підлога тепла в вані і в зоні кухні, але в гостинній холоднюща плитка, тому треба теплі носки або капці. Але взагалі в квартирі тепло коли котел ввімкнений. Також світло в ванній вмикається тільки разом з витяжкою, а вона починає відразу тягнути сморід з душового трапу- запах дуже неприємний, тому в ванній довго находитись не можливо(наприклад висушити волосся складно)

"Квартира гарна, тепла. Гарне розташування, але проблема з парковкою"

Розташування одразу на площі Ринок. Всі ресторани поруч, поруч центр. Поселення безконтактне, що є плюсом, що не залежиш від адміністратора.

Квартира на 4 поверсі, тому тяжкі сумки треба буде нести в руках. В душі був забитий злив, тому купались і стояли в воді, що було трохи неприємно. Також в душі трохи не вистачало дверей, бо вода бризгала на підлогу. Найбільшим мінусом для нас було відсутність і взагалі проблема з парковкою. Нам прийшлось залишити авто за 20 хвилин від місця поселення і якось косо-криво. Все забито. Львів- це жах автомобіліста😁
