The person cleaning was adorable and after all is a good house in a good position of the city. The house is silent also during the evening even if it’s in one of the main streets. Ok.

Not putting the photo of the entrance is understandable, the outdoor door of the building has broken glasses, and the rest of the staircase is not what you want to put on the photo. The woman at the phone was really bad, starting an argument with us for the check in instead of calmly find the solution with us, we had to go to the doctor first in the morning and when we wanted to came at 14 the water wasn’t working. The check in is from 14 to 00. But she was upset. Not a good experience and for the price I recommend other places that you can find for the same price also in the center of Lviv
