"Чудова картира за свої гроші, шикарна локація, є вся необхідна техніка. Проте немає паркомісця"

- чудова локація - адекватна ціна - гарне помешкання, високі стелі, чисто, є весь необхідний посуд і техніка - зручні ліжка

- немає окремого паркомісця, потрібно шукати на районі - хто не звик користуватись газовим котлом - можуть бути сюрпризи з гарячою водою, її треба "спіймати":)
