Зручне розташування. Саме приміщення має високу стелю. Доволі простора кімната. Дещо замалий санвузол з душовою. Є пральна машина, фен, чайник, ел.пічка, холодильник, телевізор. Все працює. Широке ліжко. Білизна чиста.

Вихід у внутрішній старий двір. Якщо відкрити вікно на провітоювання, то дуже гучно. Чутно розмови на вулиці і запах з кухні кебабної, що поруч.
