Розташування чудове! Особливо сподобалось, що апартаменти в дворику і там стоїть тиша. Також повна шумоізоляція з іншим помешканням. Є все необхідне для повноцінного проживання (пралка, праска, фен, капці, посуд, мікрохвильовка і холодильник). Було тепло а поменканні. Особливо потішила тепла підлога в коридорі та ванній!
