Расположение

Котёл не работал все 3 дня, было холодно , не было горячей воды, квартира разваливается , до нас был испачкан матрас , хозяйка хотела повесить это на нас , на фразу подавайте жалобу будем решать через букинг ответила , нет мы будем договариваться или решать через СБУ И НАБУ( не понял от слова совсем, к чему тут эти спец службы)
