"Це не квартира. Це кімнати в оренду."

Господар погодився пустити сім'ю рано вранці, задовго до того часу в'їзду. Розміщення у центрі є великим плюсом

1. Господар бреше в оголошенні на Букінґу, називаючи це помешкання "квартирою". Насправді це т.зв. комунальна квартира, тобто кімнати в одному помешканні, які належать різним власникам і де отже будуть ходити сторонні люди. Тобто приватности немає. Тому кожну кімнату ви будете замикати на ключ і на ніч також будете замикатися і в туалет ідучи теж будете замикатися. Навіть зачинятися вдень будете від сторонніх людей поруч. Тобто як в'язниця. Треба казати правду, тобто що це є кімнати в оренду, а ніяка не квартира. 2. Туалет\ ванна вже почали гнисти і руйнуватися. Це видно з плитки, яка здулася. Є запах каналізації. Трохи бридко було. 3. Будинок старючий, має допотопні дерев'яні сходи. Чи є він аварійним, я не знаю. Такі речі треба писати по-чесному. Кожен товар має свого покупця. Але й покупець має мати право вибору.
