Хороше розташування та досить чисто

Сусіди зверху в 02 ночі влаштували паті на хаті, танці шманці співи і все таке, дзвінок адміністратору нічим не допоміг, хоча сказали що владнають, також не працююча електросушка, стіралка є а одяг сушити як в осіній період коли дощі на вулиці, мені довелось сушити феном, і ця проблема також і в іншій квартирі від цього хазяїна, 3 рази засилявся на протязі 1 року в 2 різні квартири і в жодній не працює електросушка, хоча востанє андміністратор запевнила що вона робоча, тож в майбутньому буду шукати інші варіанти якщо з сушкою нічого не вирішать, також проблема з кондиціонером
