Апартаменти чисті, ремонт хороший, спальних місць багато. Місце розміщення поряд з центром і всіма розвагами. Дуже зручно отримувати і здавати ключі, не треба нікого чекати. Все модернізовано. Одноразові засоби гігієни, туалетний папір, вода на випадок, якщо буде відключення.

З мінусів лище те, що було прохолодно вночі і бойлер не включений, 2 години чекали поки нагрівається. Ковдр мало. 1 подвійне і 2 одинарки.

The apartments is full of dust, I had a feeling it was not cleaned in month. All the sinks as in the bathroom with bathtub as in kitchen were most grey color with stinks inside from whatever it is… I cleaned bathtub myself before letting my kid use it. In my honest opinion it should not be that way because you pay money and choosing apartment over hotel but next time I won’t make the same mistake. this was one of the worst apartment that I have ever stayed. + the staff here is not professional, they had an emergency situation which I understand and was loyal to wait 1 hour but nobody called me after, I called 4 more times and was told to wait 20 more minutes, so one hour became 2. It was already 21:30 and I still was not in the apartment that I have paid for for some time I thought that I was deceived. I was scared as in Ukraine right now due to logical reasons we have curfew and we arrived in the city at 19:30 already tired from the road but was treated that way… make your decision if you are ready to stay in such conditions and when I asked about the bombshelter where is the nearest the worker looked at me shocked and said that Lviv is city that is not bombed much, so you do not need it but if you like you can stay in the small corner, here you can find a phone number a person that if he will pick up the phone can open you door but we did not talk to him, so you need to do it yourself… well) I will keep my words with me about the bombshelter.
