Location was convenient for my needs. I spent 7 days there. The internet worked well. Bed was nice. More or less how I expected the apartment to be from the pictures.

When I was arriving, they wanted me to switch from Booking messages to external messanger with an excuse to send a video for self check-in. We did whatsapp, and there they started to ask me to cancel the reservation (I think they did not want to pay commissions on Booking). When I disagreed, they collected the deposit of 1000 uah in cash. Promised to repay it to my card. Now they are complaining about commissions to banks for the payment (they were not personally collecting the key but asked me to leave the key to the post box). I filed a complaint on Booking - we will see if Booking can help. It feels very shady. When I asked about receipt of cash payment - they declined by saying they are not a hotel (even though you should write a receipt according to Booking rules even if you are a private host). Don't cancel your stays to avoid double bookings. The minor things: Kitchen utensils were dirty (kettles), kitchen was not cleaned properly overall, broken teflon on frying pan. A lot of unnecessary stuff inside (like a storage facility).

Заселяют не в ту квартиру которая была в брони В квартире нет горячей воды, котёл не работает, квартира больше похожа на аварийную все в трещинах, куча мебели, даже какой-то массажный стол стоит, просят отменить бронь чтобы не платить процент, про отмену брони отказал, сделали так какбудто я не приехал, не совету тут делать бронь

Нам поменяли апартаменты, совершенно в другом месте. Далеко. В обоих квартирах была грязь, засаленная кухня в чайнике плавала слизь с червями, сантехника в ужасном состоянии. В квартирах находились чьи-то грязные вещи. Постельное белье было не поменено.
