Old City Center Lviv

Spacious, clean and easy walk to the centre. Staff was helpful and spoke good English.

the receptionist was helpful, she stayed online and was there to answer all our questions and helped with a check-in - no-contact check-in (unless you need help. In this case, you can call or even ask someone to come and help you) - very good underground parking - good location - quiet - a big wardrobe in the room - TV - nicely furnished room

We ended up leaving and staying at another place. The smell in the hallways was terrible, the building looked very old and not taken care of at all (on the inside). The place is a maze, so finding our room or reception was difficult. When we found our room, we were very disappointed because it wasn't clean.. I also specifically asked to make sure our room is clean, since my wife is a germophobe and a dirty room can easily ruin our stay. The hotel assured us it would be clean, but when we checked the room, the floor was kinda dirty, and the bathroom made us leave this place. There were stains in the toilet (like someone used it before us and didn't flush very well), and there were hairs on the toilet seat, and trapped sticking out from under the seat. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay there, and explained everything to the receptionist (very nice lady). She saw that indeed it was dirty and had someone's hair all over, so she didn't charge us any cancellation fees.

The location and suitable for our stay (room with balcony). Aldosterone was good value for the money.

Small little issue with so much hairs in the living room area (sofa bed)
