Квартира розміщена у дуже зручному місці. Все близько. Потрібно знати, що вона на 4 поверсі, з важкими речима незручно. Кімнати великі, просторі, все необхідне є. На кухні є базовий посуд. Комунікація із власниками помешкання хороше, завжди були на зв’язку.

Можна замінити матрас на деяких ліжках, дійсно пружини вилазять. Також поставити хоча б чай/каву для гостей, були б вдячні.

Надзвичайно жорсткі і незручні матраси, один матрас взагалі провалений, кроваті скриплять і хитаються. Стіни з плямами. Стіл в одній зі спален зі застарілими забрудненнями. У коридорі запах котячих випорожнень…
