Property Notes

The apartment is monitored by a security system that tracks noise levels and monitors how many mobile devices are in the property. An alarm system is in place to alert the property owner if the noise level rises and the number of mobile devices rises above the number of guests booked so it is important that you notify us if you are planning on having visitors to the apartment. CCTV monitors the entrance and outside areas of the property. Could you kindly provide us with your estimated time of arrival and departure? Please keep in mind that standard check-in is from 15:00pm to 17.30pm and check out is until 11:00am. If you are unable to arrive between 15:00pm - 17.30pm we have an out of hours charge to cover the over heads of staff and travel. Check in from 17.30pm - 20.00pm is £35.00 and a check in from 20:00pm - 22:00pm is £55.00. We do not offer a check in later than 22:00 hours. If you have not stayed at the property before, our company policy is a meet and greet service to take identification on arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"Fabulous stay in Lymm in a dream apartment ❤️"

The apartment was absolutely fabulous, decor, location and how friendly and helpful the hosts were. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and to top that in the very centre of lymm. I thought that I could not want for more but after a fabulous shower opened the draw to find a good hairdryer and straighteners bonus! Love this place and would definitely recommend. Thank you again for a fabulous stay 🥰

If I had to say something it would be no parking space. But staying that it isnt a problem as there is a car park to the rear of the property and another just 5 minutes away. I would stay here every time I visit lymm so not really a problem for me 👍

The location was best. Spotlessly clean. Modern furnishing. Nice and cosy area outside on the lawn.

All was good. If really had to pick, then he curtains perhaps?

It was extremely clean, beautifully furnished, hairdryer, straighteners, well equipped kitchen with an exceptional number of glasses, nice fluffy towels, modern bathroom with walk in shower. Large sofa and tv, outdoor area good for better weather.

The access to the apartment is up several steep stairs (above a shop) which may be a problem for less able people. The beds were extremely comfortable but very high (again could be a problem for some). The pillows were good but once squeezed into narrow pillowcases they were quite uncomfortable and too hard (we took ours out). Parking off site but carpark immediately behind was no problem and if used wisely, quite cheap!
