The Host was very nice, so as the room, cozy and comfortable. It has a kitchen fully equipped with utensils so you can cook too. The place is near Meta train station so it’s very easy to move around. There is a church on the way from the station to the place, and from there you can get really nice view of sun set and Sorrento at night. We had wonderful time here, definitely will come back.

The apartment has SEVERAL extra “rules” not explained when booking: not allowed to bring guests without approval(!) (the booking website says no ‘parties’ but the rules imply not even being able to invite someone maybe even for a cup of tea or glass of wine?), spirits are prohibited, and there is a €25 cleaning fee for any dirty dishes. If this was Airbnb maybe I could understand or expect this. The room had no air conditioning which is ok but I wanted to use the fan. It was so dusty I could not! The cooking facilities themselves are fine but missing basic things- there is two salt shakers, but no pepper, and no olive oil. There was 5 difference packets of sugar, however…? Owner tried to come into apartment with keys while I was in there (maybe she thought I was not there). She did not knock and I was undressed which was distressing. There was also no need for her to come into apartment.

Spacious Clean Renovated Comfortable Very nice host After asking, the host organized private (paid) parking for us during our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Very effective air-conditioning in room. Close to the train station. 20 min walk to Piano di Sorento Marina for boat tours.

There wasn't much natural light in the room unless you open the curtains from he entrance door which had a glass window in the middle. But the door was directed to a private garden (to which we also had keys!) so it wasn't that bad, except when we were changing, when we had to close it.. The room somehow kept a lot of moisture inside and some things felt kind of wet or towels couldn't dry easily. The top floor had a very low and narrow ceiling, so I wouldn't like to sleep there as a third person. But for couples it was perfect downstairs. Like I said, I would stay there again even though I mentioned these things.
