The enforcement of the pool dress code was inconsistent; my brother was allowed to swim in appropriate swimwear one day, but was unfairly restricted from doing so the next day despite wearing proper gear.

The building security team were excellent, but they were not Evernent employees. Lift, swimming pool, gardens, and parking. TV with Netflix and Tube. Booking.com customer services when I reported the problems were quick and considerate.

Information on booking.com indicated check-in until 23:00 and did not mention self check-in. We arrived at 18:15 and had a WhatsApp message with incorrect parking directions and directing us to where we could get keys. The first studio had a refrigerator with a door open, water flooding the floor and the outside if the cabinet is hit you could not touch it. There was a layer of dust everywhere, the bedding was old and my marked. We were given 4 telephone numbers of which one was the emergency contact until midnight. I tried all 4 and left WhatsApp and voice messages. It took 2 hours to get a reply. We were directed to a second apartment. That apartment had layers of dust and dirt. The bedsheets were old with yellow stains and the bed was old sagging in the middle. By this time it was almost midnight. We had travelled all day and were exhausted. We had no option but to stay, since it was too late to get another accommodation and we had paid in advance. The staff only work 9-5. We arranged to see another studio at 10 the next day. This was also thick with dust, cupboard surfaces were dirty with hairs in the drawers and with old bedding. Finally, we agreed to go out for the morning whilst the studio was cleaned. The kitchenette of all three studios were poorly equipped. The last studio did have a new refrigerator and washing machine. Whilst there was a balcony, it is used for the washing machine and drying racks. Not a sitting out area . Housekeeping appears to just make the beds, change the 2 towels and mop the floor. Finally, after leaving I got an email requesting a review. The link provided did not work and when I reported the issue I did not get a reply. That sums up the service..
