The toilet condition can be improve. Toilet door entrance was damaged, theres a hole at middle of the door. Toilet sink was too high. Should be informed/brief earlier before the arrival date on how to get access into the apartment (key/card collecting, guides entrance to the story parking, key/card return during checkout. Always available to be contacted for query/arrival.

Near to many shops and can arrive by walking distance. The room is clean and quiet.

There are many small ants inside this unit, the toilet door and bathroom door are defected. Toilet door cannot close it properly… Please inform your management to fix it. Suggest you to tinted the windows especially in bedroom and living room to have more privacy. Thanks!

"Better off booking a hotel somewhere else"

The location

The air conditioning in both living room and bedroom were very warm. We struggled to sleep. Even with the recent cool weather, the apartment was warm and smelt like sewage. The bathroom was moldy and would flood after each shower. Broken doors. Very minimal maintenance on the owner’s part. Disorganized apartment with messy wires hanging here and there.
