Very clean, the appartment was huge ! Great location The pool was very nice after a hot day in the parks . Perfect for 3 days or more in Moab

King size bed mattress was too soft for us but it’s about personal preference

Year round hot tub is very handy. Roomy and well laid out. Plenty of towels, extra bedding, soap. Large parking area was very useful. Thanks

Some of the chairs and beds had loose screws. No brush for grill. Little stuff.
