5J Top Floor RedCliff Condo, Pool & Hot Tub

Had everything we needed! Spacious rooms and nice bathrooms.

Air condition was struggling to keep up so got very hot. The grill was mediocre and needs to be cleaned.

The air conditioner was down for couple of days. 1) I did not get my incidents deposit back or 2)I didn't get the credit for the hassle of not having a/c and no internet.

The Air Conditioner didn't work for the 1st couple of days, the internet wifi and tv was out most of the time I was there. they had to move my family to another room with a/c, and finally got us internet to work was told i would get credit back for the issues we had and haven't received any thing.

Tyler and Haley were excellent hosts. The AC in our first unit wasn’t working properly. They were prompt in their communication and ultimately got us into a new unit quickly when the issue couldn’t be resolved. Both units were clean, comfortable and accommodating. Location was fantastic! Plenty of parking and easily accessible amenities. We will definitely return to this location!

No major complaints. I did notice some road noise that may be disturbing for some people but not a problem for our family.

We really liked the big apartment, it is just like the pictures. We were a bit concerned about the balcony not having any shade in July, but it turned out that it wasn’t a big problem. The building itself gave some shade. From the balcony we could see the pool -but even better was the view over the cliffs. I thought we had one of the best situated apartments in the building. We had an issue with water on the floor and we had to contact the bureau. There came very fast and solved the problem. We also had a pool-key, that didn’t work, but we got a new one very fast. So all in all they tackled the issue’s very well, and we wouldn’t definitely stay here again.

Condo itself has everything you need.

A/C very noisy. Also quite some traffic noise. Pool was not accessible during our stay because of some maintenance issue (that we had not been told about).

Beautiful view. Close to the National Parks. The beds were extremely comfortable. The condo was clean, well maintained, and well stocked. AC worked great. There was good communication with the host.

The size of the unit.

Maintenance isn't great. Bathroom plumbing fixtures are loose and will soon spring a leak. Dining room table is too big for the space available, and we knocked our shins on the bench repeatedly. Sheets were worn out. All plumbing fixtures and appliances are builder grade.

Roomy comfortable, nice laundry facilities.
