PROMENADE HOLIDAY - ORIENT & SEA

The property was very nice and right at the promenade though a bit away from the center/old town it was easy to get there by bus 8 or 20. The apartment had in practice two bedrooms, one with double bed and sofa and one with sofabed in living room and two bathrooms, so suited both for friends and families. Double terrace with excellent views and aircondition. Kitchen had access from both sides of apartment and was well-equipped. There is a gas station with a mini-market next door. The tram behind the gas station goes directly to airport.

Soundproofing not optimal to neighbour apartment. It would also have been nice to have an overview over the options for busses, trams to good restaurants,shopping etc available on arrival.

Amazing vews, space, facilities in apartment, although we were out most of time, it was comfortable and spacious to come back to, nearby restaurants and easy walk into town

Toilets had everything but need updating for price. No dish cloth in kitchen, can hear neighbours talking/ watching TV late into night but air con can drown this out. Only heard this occasionally I think from same neighbour. Need some English news channels on TV as could not find

Location. Easy Access to Bus. Easy Access to Metro. Overlooking the sea Easy Access to Super Market.

The apartment was larger than expected and had plenty of useful supplies ! Location was perfect and great aircon !

Pillows were a little old !

The apartment was right at the Promenade des Anglais, just across the beach. It was clean, spacious (2 bathrooms), AC and has a nice balcony & beautiful view. Supermarket was around the corner and the bus stop just in front of the house. Plenty of restaurants in the area. So the location is great.

Parking is difficult, the next parking garage is a 5 min ride away and quite expensive.

A bit noisy outside

The apartment was excellent. Has everything you need in the line of a fully appointed kitchen. It is very clean and has a great view of the promenade Anglais. The apartment is very convenient for buses and trams. You can also walk to the centre of Nice. The video sent before arrival is great to show you how to access the property and where the bins are etc. Dave who met us for the key handover is very helpful. We have no hesitation In recommending a stay at this apartment.

A second set of keys would have been great.
