Labai švarus, tvarkingas, ir jaukus butas, pakankamai erdvės ir bendrai geras išplanavimas. Labai patogios, naujos lovos. Buto vieta išvis nuostabi - tiek miestas (parduotuvės, kavinės), tiek paplūdimys lengvai pasiekiami pėsčiomis, tačiau tuo pačiu metu aplink tylu ir ramu, miškas taip pat šalia. Džiugu, jog priima su augintiniais, bei didelis pliusas galimybė pasistatyti automobilį šalia namo

Virtuvė tikrai prašosi atnaujinimo, nuliūdino neveikianti orkaitė (nors ji aiškiai matosi nuotraukose, taigi tikėjomės pasinaudoti), indai (keptuvės, puodai) atrodo gan pagyvenę, apskritai mažokai indų (pvz. salotas teko maišyti puode); spintelių daug, bet jos tuščios.. Wi-fi veikė gan prastai arba visai neveikė, taip pat ir su televizija (gal būt kaltas vėjas, nežinau, bet nebuvo įmanoma žiūrėti dėl trūkinėjančio vaizdo). Taip pat kiek erzino iš kažkur sklindantis chlorkalkės kvapas.

Labai patogi vieta pasiekti tiek Nidos centrą tiek jūrą. Tvarkingas butas, visur kvepia, virtuvėje buvo viskas ko gali prireikti. Labai rami kaiminystė.
