The location is excellent — right in the center of Niš, which made getting around very convenient. The host was welcoming and gave us clear directions to the private parking spot. Having private parking is a real plus for travelers arriving by car.

The building is old and has no elevator, which is worth knowing in advance, though we managed fine. Inside the apartment, however, several things fell short. The bathroom had a persistent and strong unpleasant odor throughout our stay. Many elements of the apartment were visibly worn and poorly cleaned, reflecting a general lack of upkeep. The mattress was very soft and uncomfortable, and the pillows were both insufficient in number and uncomfortable. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay. We'd suggest some updates and more thorough cleaning to meaningfully improve the guest experience.

Ev sahibi güler yüzlü ve yardımsever biri. Önceden aracımızla gelceğimizi bildirdik. Ev sahibi bizi sokağın başında karşıladı ve yönlendirdi. Zamanından önce daireye giriş yapmamaıza yardımcı oldu. Aracımızı rahatlıkla park ettik. Gayet güvenli bir alandı. Zaten daire, şehir merkezinde ve çok yakında polis merkezi var. Park konusunda sorun yaşamadık. aşağı indiğinizde apartmanın bir kapısı direk şehir merkezine açılıyor. Her yer yürüme mesafesinde. Hemen yanında para değişme yerleri, duraklar, King Milan meydanı, fırın, dükkan, kafe ve restoranlar mevcut.

Apartman eski ve asansör yoktu ve daire 5. katta, inip çıkmak insanı yoruyor. Ancak biz Belgrad'a gideceğimiz için 1 gece kaldık ve sorun etmedik. Eşyalar çok eskiydi. Yatak hiç rahat değildi. Fazla yumuşaktı ve içinde batıyordunuz. Açılabililr kanepe de rahat değildi. Temizlik iyi değildi. Sadece ücretsiz otopark ve şehir merkezinde olduğu için burayı tercih etmiştik. Bir günlük konaklama için tercih edilebilir. Uzun süreli kalmak için tercih edilebiilr bir yer değildir.

Everything in the apartment itself was perfect . It had everything I needed. Very comfortable to stay there . Location was amazing. So central. Price was very good

The only painful fact was that it was 4th floor without elevator and each floor is 20 stairs so it was 80 floors going up each time and even for me as a fit guy it was not fun. However everything else was so perfect including the not expensive price, so I definitely recommend it With the exception of older people. My mother wouldn’t be able to do it if she was with me , for me it was perfect and good value.

Great location, easy access to city bus and central downtown strip. Perfect for a stopover.
