Comfortable and well-appointed apartment in a good location to explore the city

We were very comfortable here. The condo has everything you need for a short or long stay. Close to the city center and public transport.

The property is in a good neighbourhood area ,the supermarket is less than 5 minutes around and the Center is less than 15 minutes walk.The place is really clean ,very comfortable and cozy.Definitely worth staying and I will for sure return.The host is really friendly and helpful if you need him ,don’t hesitate to book this place!😊

Absolute delight to stay here. Owner was very friendly and efficient with meeting me with the keys & showed me everything in the apartment upon arrival. The apartment was fully equipped with even washing detergents, toilet paper, hairdryer and plenty of towels. There is also a set of instructions for all tools in the apartment (such as washing machine, TV etc) and a fire escape plan. The apartment was modern and very clean which for a female traveler is a huge BONUS! There was also extra bedding which was great as I was staying for 2 weeks so I was able to change it over. The bedroom had super storage area in case you like to unpack or like me are travelling for longer period of time and have quite a bit of stuff. Working kitchen with all necessary cooking essentials, even salt & pepper. I often visit Nis and I absolutely will be back to this apartment. It’s right in the center and has many great cafés, bars and restaurants surrounding it. No problem with noise from neighbors or street, windows have shutters to prevent the heat and cold getting too much. There is also working air conditioning which was an absolutely life saver since it was like 40 degrees outside and even hotter inside without this on. I was working whilst I was there and had no issue with the WiFI, it was pretty fast. The TV was super it had everything in English. (Including access to Netflix) My favorite part of the apartment has got to be the sofa, WOW it was so comfortable! Leaving the apartment was very simple and straight forward after given instructions from owner. One tip for some traveler looking to stay here who are used to paying by card, you need to pay in cash for this apartment (Like many places in Serbia) but the owner was great and let me pay some in euros and the rest in Serbian dinars. (Tip for anyone withdrawing in Nis, Eurobank and OTP bank do not charge the usual 500 dinars per cash withdrawal) I’ll be back in the winter maybe and looking forward to staying here again.
