We liked everything, location, 1st floor, equipments in the apartment, new furniture, cleanliness, etc...

Nothing bad all great!

Perfect place, they have everything you need. I want to say that place is spotless clean. Location is very good, there is grocery market, farmers market, bakery shop, parks... Highly recommend this place.

1) I am honest and I even underlined the qualities of the apartmanet („the apart is good, generally of 9+, large, quiet, clean, with many strong points, but the smell is crazy!!!”). You are the dishonest one, because you downplay a very very important issue: the health of the customer!!! How easy to say: „it's just a technical issue!!!” Why don't you fix it? Why are you putting me in danger of getting some bacteria from infected air conditioners? Why do you let me sleep in the heat after an 8 hour drive, when I needed rest and comfort? That's what I paid the apartment for, isn't it? 2) Your solution, if the client can't sleep because of the smell in the apartment and the stinky air conditioners, is to send him at 9 pm to look for another accommodation, after a day of driving???? Is that your recommendation? Is that the kind of business you do? 3) You suspect me of being a danger to accommodation, but I have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG! If I had, you would have complained about it to Booking, with proof, and received compensation. I just took the air conditioning filters and put them in the bathroom for you to clean, so that the guest after me would not suffer as I did. 4) Your English is a disaster - I didn't ask for secure parking, but for a guarantee that I would have free parking space on the street, because in your Booking Policy you clearly state that you offer parking, but you actually let the client look for parking on the street: maybe he finds it, maybe not!

Great location, spacious apartment, well equipped

Everything just went smoothly. The owner of the room was waiting for us and we got the keys to the apartment really fast. They were very friendly.

Host and apartment were great. Felt like home.

To get to the apartment, you have to go up a few stairs - that should be said in description of apartment.
