Breakfast was not available. Great views from bedrooms & lounge, & balcony of Oban bay, although on 4th floor lift worked very well, in the middle of the town, but no noise!! Nice big bathroom, with good shower. well-equipped and good-sized kitchen, bedrooms ok with comfy beds. Would stay again.

Written instructions on how to use various items, ie put a label on the immersion heater switch!!!, couldn't connect to wi-fi Winder on the bedroom blind was missing couldn't get it back up without a chair

Location

No condiments in kitchen, no salt no coffee no coffee machine would have to buy everything to cook. Bedrooms can’t walk without hitting your head, not proper bedrooms. Floor in bedrooms , kitchen and bathroom sqeeked terribly everyone would wake up when anyone walked at night to bathroom. 10am checkout. No shampoo in shower or soap, not enough hand towels

Hi, this property is outstanding. You have fantastic views over the bay and the Tower from the flat and the balcony. The location is 10 out of 10 should your arrive with train, bus or taxi. Very comfortable, and have all that is needed. I would book it again should I return to Oban. You can people watch from the balcony, but it is not loud. Personally this is the nicest and location wise flat I have ever stayed in. Enjoy.

Location was perfect overlooking the bay. Apartment was snug and cosy..little tea and coffee tray with biscuits would have been a nice welcoming touch .

Shower base was quite grubby Just needs a good scrub Also extractor in kitchen
