Unbeatable locatio for Oulu city experience. Flat is basic but suitable for a quick stay.

The owner stated in site filters, that air conditioning was available at the property, and that was my main selection criteria. I asked straight away after booking to confirm if there was in fact cooling available, but got no response whatsoever, only automated check-in message later in the day when it was too late to book elsewhere. Host only explained their misunderstanding of what air conditioning means after I told them I had already contacted customer service about the lack of air conditioning. Host then proceeded to gaslight about air conditioning being widely understood as just ventilation rather than cooling amongst all Finnish hosts. Do not book if you are looking for suitable accommodations in a heat wave.

clean, easy to find, blackout curtains, quite area close to bus and train station, walkable to city center

twin beds...but 1 big mattress on it, so beds are not possible to separate. And the mattress is too soft and worn out, could be replaced by better one. Bathroom is super tiny.

Easy access, clean, good location.

Very small bathroom. Extra costs for parking.
