Gasthouse Oulu

The owner was there when we could not figure out the parking door and helped us in the apartment as we were with small kids. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. My kids were very comfortable. Another good part was that there were English language channels on the tv.

Apartment had everything we needed, sauna was a perfect thing for this Finnish winter! Only hairdryer would make the perfect packaging!

Couldn't understand how to get in the parking, but once we called owner, he opened gates for us.

The apartment is very comfortable and with a sauna that we use every evening. It was wonderful. Parking for a car in the yard was also very important to us. I would like to especially note the perfect set of kitchen utensils, and we cooked a lot. The abundance of delicious mushrooms left us no choice, we had to cook the gifts of the forest every day. The kitchen and the apartment as a whole had everything you need to feel completely at home during this wonderful week spent in Finland. We would love to come back here on vacation. Which is what we intend to do in the near future.

It is very difficult, almost impossible, to find any nuances to which one could find fault. At least we didn't succeed. We hope to return as soon as possible.

Taking keys was easy as it was left in the parking lots key locker। But you needed key to enter parking lots, the host open for us as he lived nearby।

Don't know if they have other locker outside the building it wouldbe better, but it was fine for us as host was around।

Great size apartment with very nice sauna and well-equipped kitchen. Washing machine was useful. Private parking is a plus.

WiFi connection was a bit weak on the day. Would be nice to have hdmi cables for TVs to allow connection from laptops.

The apartment is spacious and has all the necessary stuff, nice balcony, and comfortable beds. Also, the neighbors are sometimes quite noisy since they have kids, but overall, the neighborhood is quiet at night.

When we arrived, we noticed lots of dust on door knobs, tables, and shelves. Clearly, the apartment hadn't been properly cleaned for a while before our arrival.
