Kaikki sujui todella kitkattomasti. Asunnon sijainti oli meille aivan täydellinen, kaupan läheisyys oli lisäksi iso plussa. Asunnossa oli todella siistiä, viihtyisää ja hiljaista, parvekkeella oli ihana nauttia ilta- ja aamupalaa. Tässä olisi viihtynyt helposti useammankin yön!

Kaikki oli niin kuin esitteessä kerrottiin. Siistiä ja viihtyisää. Sängyssä sai hyvät unet. Ruokailuvälineitä ja astioita oli riittävästi yhdelle,ja kahdellekin. Jos olisin laittanut alusta alkaen itse ruokaa,yksi kattila ei oikein olisi riittänyt. Ostin valmista ruokaa ja lämmitin mikrossa,niin asia ei haitannut. Kylpyhuone oli erittäin siisti. Wc-paperia oli riittävästi. Saippuaa ja shampootakin löytyi. Parvekkeen kesäkalusteet olivat siistit. Olispa ollut kesä!. Nyt oli maaliskuun puoliväli ja kylmää. Näkymät parvekkeelta olivat muuten hienot,mutta vastapäinen korkea talo kymmenine naapureineen ei täysin vastannut luvattua kuvausta hienosta näkymästä. Tämä asunto( n:o 71) keskellä rakennusta oli 8. kerroksessa,joten naapuritaloa oli näkymässä reilusti.

Näkymä ulos varsinkin sisällä istuessa ei tuntunut mukavalta. Valoverho onneksi satoi suojaa,kun ei halunnut sulkea kaihtimia. Hellan käyttöohjeet olisi ollut hyvä olla. Olen ennenkin käyttänyt vastaavanlaista hellaa.Joten onko hellaa rikki vai miksi levyt eivät lämmenneet,kun pääkytkimestä painoi. Siis siitä hellan päällä etureunassa olevasta ympyräkuviosta,jossa pystyviiva keskellä? Ja vaikka mitä kuvioa painoi,ei tapahtunut mitään.
