City center 1R studio with perfect view, parking

Small apartment at tall building. It had parking lot in warm garage for extra 15 EUR fee. There is grocery store in same building just next to the main entrance. Across the street is pizza place. The main shopping street with lot of food options is about 500 m. Apartment had fully equipped kitchen and there was also coffee.

Sheets and towels were wrinkled, probably not ironed but just taken out from dryer. So they did not look very appealing. Sofa bed was not very comfortable.

Clean and quiet apartment with nice views to the side from the balcony on 8th floor. Good value for money. Easy check in with a lock box and direct access to underground garage for parking for an extra fee. It fulfilled basic needs (cleaning and linens included) and was not expensive so might stay again!

There was a sign at the bed prohibiting use of oil to avoid ruining the sheets. I assume such sign is needed due to the ”professionals” who use the apartment to conduct some adult business there (?) This in combination with very basic interior furnishing (no wine glasses or any efforts to the interior design) made the feeling of the place rather cold and basic. Still it’s a nice new apartment with large balcony, so with little effort to detail could have a more inviting atmosphere.
