La casa es muy luminosa y espaciosa.la piscina cubierta estupenda para mis hijos que practican natación

La plaza de garaje era muy poco accesible y era necesario maniobrar mucho.

"great place to stay"

nice apartment located inside a gated community, with pools and a gym. its next to the beach, some shops and restaurants. inside we had everything we needed for a longer stay- towels, kitchen utensils, coffe maker, and washing machine. its a great place to choose when staying near Ovar and Porto :) i highly recommend

the parking spot in the garage is quite small and between pilars, so it can be hard to park when having a bigger car.

"Bien. En general cómodo, tranquilo y bien situado."

La urbanización está muy bien, con vistas al mar, muchos servicios (piscinas, sauna, etc. ) y cerca de restaurantes. Es tranquilo y en general bien equipado.

El apartamento está antiguo y algo descuidado. TV antigua, menaje escaso, sin tapones en los lavabos y fregaderos, enchufes escasos para las necesidades actuales (recomiendo llevar un ladrón), cierto olor a gas y calentador sin revisarse desde hace algunos años, plaza de garaje muy pequeña (tuvimos que dejar el coche fuera). Se nota que lo lleva una empresa y no un particular. Los empleados amables.

"A nice place near the ocean"

Excellent residential complex with lots of facilities - two swimming pools (one of them is indoor with warm water, swimming caps are required), a gym, underground parking plus a free street parking right in front of the house. The house is located on the ocean shore, great views from any window, the beach is a few minutes walk away. The apartment is spacious, we had three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room. The kitchen is small, but it has everything you need. Two large balconies on different sides of the house. No problems with hot water or Wi-Fi. The owner, Carmen, is always in touch via WhatsApp. We liked everything and we would like to come here again.

The exit from the underground parking has a very high curb, it is easy to damage the car if you forget about it. There isn't a single hook for clothes in the hall, as well as no hooks in the bathrooms.
