Ubicación estratégica, cerca del centro y los comércios. Lugar cômodo para estar :)

El departamento 21 está en frente a una plaza. Se juntaban a escuchar música y hablar muy fuerte, a veces resultaba molesto. El resto de los departamentos, creo que no surfem este problema
