"Excellente communication et accès en autonomie avec climatisation et place de parking."

L’accès est pratique avec une place de parking réservée dans la cour fermée. L’appartement climatisé est bien agencé et de construction solide.

L’équipement de la cuisine peut être amélioré par une cafetière de plus grande capacité. Les voisins du dessus sont très bruyants la nuit (débarquement à 1h du matin avec des voix fortes et déplacement de meubles).

l' appartamento e' piccolo e accogliente, vicino al centro di Pisa, ed inoltre c' e' il posto macchina in un piccolo giardino adiacente...

l' appartamento e' un po' piccolo, dormivamo tutti in una stanza, ma la cosa piu' negativa e' l' eccesivo numero di zanzare, ne abbiamo uccise una decina, ed il bellissimo patio era impraticabile a causa loro... lo consiglio solo se portate tutto l' occorente per le zanzare o in inverno quando non ci sono
