The apartment was very near the main train station and every main attraction was close by walking distance. Apartment was clean, very spacious and bright.

A good location, as only a few minutes from Pisa Centrale train station and you can walk to the airport in under half an hour. We collected the keys from the office nearby, which was a bit of a faff with luggage, but it was only a short walk away. The apartment is up three flights of stairs, which didn’t bother me. It’s light, spacious, airy and clean, in a nice condition. It has a table and chairs, sofa, tv, big freezer and fridge, microwave, oven/hob and a washing machine. You get a little bag with a dishwasher tab, washing up liquid, tea towel, toilet roll, which was useful. There is a Carrefour a short walk away and a lovely bakery called New Principe, which was gorgeous!

It is a bit noisy as on the main road in/out- didn’t bother us too much. The shower was dirty. It needs bleaching and someone cleaning in from inside the stall as black mould around the doors and bottom of the shower. The shower pressure isn’t great and takes a good few minutes to warm up. Shower head only works from the middle jet, probably needs replacing. Nothing left in the cupboard, which would have been useful- salt, pepper, oil, coffee, etc. also would make it more homely. No card to be able to use the recycling bins that are situated over the road, which was a shame.

Lake of kitchen equipment

the flat is light and spacious with comfortable sofa, TV and good cooking and cleaning facilities. The fridge and freezer are huge and there is a good range of equipment, rings, microwave etc which makes self catering highly viable. Everything is in good condition and well presented. If you are using Pisa Centrale station to explore the area, the location is very good as it is only a few minutes walk. Pisa town and the tower are a longer walk.

The road is noisy including through the night. The plumbing requires some wrangling - although it does all work and the shower is reasonably strong. Be aware that it is up three flights of stairs so some fitness is required.

Loved the spacious apartment and all the facilities very close to local attractions

Was a little loud near the street but that is what you get when being walking distance to main tourist attractions so was expected and didn't really mind that much.

Central placement of the apartment - only 5 minutes of walk to the train station, and about 20 minutes walk to the airport. The apartment was located very close to the shopping street. The apartment had what you needed to cook a meal, and it was rather easy to get the key. The host was fairly good to answer on our questions.

The furniture was not very comfortable, the chairs were in a bad shape and there were a lot of noise from the street. The apartment could have been cleaner at our arrival.

The location was very good for anyone who wants to be close to the train station. Easy to reach from the airport and as a base to explore Cinque terre. The flat was spacious and had available various things for the stay e.g. sponge and liquid for dishes along with tablets for the dishwasher and towels with utensils etc. The heating was good and quick.

The flat was very noisy from the street and the windows were not soundproof which made it worse. The baby cot we requested was not ready but still folded in the wardrobe. We were not sure how to fix it properly and therefore we put the kid to sleep in the main bed with us. The host was texting me mostly in Italian and I had to put it on Google translate in order to communicate. Even after I told them, I only received a few messages in English and then again in Italian. The building’s entrance was not welcoming and not nice at all but very strange. The floor in the living room was cracked. There was a dirty spoon in the cutlery drawer, probably left from the previous guests. We also found two killed mosquitoes in the bedroom’s walls. They provided only 2 sets of towels even though we were 2 adults and 1 toddler. It is mentioned that higher floors are only available by stairs but it is not easily seen and going to the 3rd floor with the baby, luggages and stroller was very challenging. The photos seem nicer than the reality as a lot of things were old and worn out. The kettle was rusty. The toilet had a light smell maybe from the sewage. There was no hanger at all in the bathroom in order to hang the hand towel and we had to leave it on the sink. No good value for money since we paid 135€/night and the flat was very expensive for what it was offering.
